Foxborough-Jeanne M. Bortolotti, age 79, died on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at her home in Foxborough surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Edwin and Rose (Labrie) Truax.
Jeanne was born in Foxborough on November 13, 1929 and was a graduate of Foxborough High School, Class of 1947. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked for the Foxborough State Hospital, Community VNA Hospice Care in Attleboro and Braintree Rehabilitation Center.
Jeanne enjoyed painting and took lessons in water color and oils at the Hunakai Studio of Fine Arts in Foxborough. She was an avid bicycler who enjoyed cycling in several different countries around the world. She also was an apiary keeper, an avid reader and gardener.
Beloved mother of Peter J. Bortolotti of Providence, Paul E. Bortolotti and his wife Deborah of Foxboro and Joseph E. Bortolotti and his wife Karen of Norton. Loving grandmother of Ashley, Brian, Daniel and Kristen Bortolotti. Sister of Byron Truax of FL, Richard Truax of FL, Lloyd Truax of Foxborough and the late Irene Doiron, E. Lorraine Lincoln and Alfred Truax.

Jeanne M. Bortolotti, 79, died on Sunday, Aug. 23, at her home in Foxboro,
surrounded by her family.
The daughter of the late Edwin and Rose (Labrie) Truax, she was born in Foxboro
on Nov. 13, 1929 and was a graduate of Foxboro High School, class of 1947. She
was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked for the Foxborough State Hospital,
Community VNA Hospice Care in Attleboro and Braintree Rehabilitation Center.
She enjoyed painting and took lessons in watercolor and oils at the Hunakai
Studio of Fine Arts. An avid bicycler who enjoyed cycling in several different
countries around the world, she also was an apiary keeper, an avid reader and
gardener.
She is survived by three sons, Peter J. Bortolotti of Providence, R.I., Paul E.
Bortolotti of Foxboro and Joseph E. Bortolotti of Norton; four grandchildren;
and three brothers, Byron Truax and Richard Truax of Florida and Lloyd Truax of
Foxboro. She was the sister of the late Irene Doiron, E. Lorraine Lincoln and
Alfred Truax.
